How can I track my order?
If you are a registered Pure White customer, you may check the status of your order online. For questions regarding the status of your order or if you are not a registered member, you may email us. For fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.

Canceling & Modifying Orders
Pure White order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled.

How does the Refer-a-Friend Program work?
You will instantly SAVE when your friend becomes a customer. The more you refer, the more you save! Plus, your friends will receive a first time purchase discount too!
Our Refer-a-Friend Program is a simple but powerful referral system on our website. Instead of giving money to our referrals, we are rewarding them with coupons that they can use to get discounts when buying on our website, or even free products, depending on a coupon settings. We reward their friends as well: once they come to the site via referral URL and their order has completed, the refferal will receive a code for $15 off their next order of $30 or more.
The system will create a unique URL for each of our site’s registered members. The referral URL is visible under “Refer a Friend” tab inside the “My Account” page.
After this, members can use that link to link to our products or pages, and every time someone purchases something through your link, we will reward them with a coupon. Plus, we reward people that are being referred as well. Once they get to the cart page, a coupon is automatically applied to their cart.
Every time someone receives a coupon, it will be shown on their account page and only that individual can use it.
- This feature is only viewable to registered customers of purewhitecosmetics.com as both you and your friends will need to login to see the feature on your dashboard and use the discount.
- A friend can only be referred once by you.
- The discount for referrals can only be redeemed on their first purchase.
- The invited person needs to follow the link they received, get to the website and sign up. If the invited person leaves without registering (e.g., they closed the browser tab) and come back via a direct web address and sign up/purchase, they don’t become a referral.
- We will only contact your friend once to let them know of the offer. If they choose not to proceed we will not contact them again.
- Referrals’ must complete a purchase greater than or equal to $30 in total value, not including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.

Does Pure White use silicones or parabens?
Pure White products are 100% FREE FROM artificial chemicals, fragrances, preservatives, colorants, petrochemicals, phthalates, silicones, DEA, TEA, sulphates or parabens.
I USE MOISTURIZER, DO I NEED A SERUM?
Yes, we suggest using a serum day and night before applying your moisturizer. Serums are highly concentrated, provide immediate and long term results as well as boost and support the natural functions in the skin. Moisturizers help rebuild skin’s protective barrier and feature anti-aging technologies to target specific concerns.
Does Pure White test on animals?
We’re absolutely 100% against animal cruelty. Pure White does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of its products or ingredients, or by way of any of our laboratories or suppliers. Animal testing for cosmetics is illegal in the European Union since 2009.
Although we’re not currently certified cruelty free, it is certainly something we’re looking to do in the very near future.
Are Pure White products organic?
We are not certified organic by any certification board. We will always use the organic option if it is available and effective. While all of our products are 100% natural, we cannot say that they are certified 100% organic because not every natural ingredient can be certified organic, for example, fermentations, biotechnology, and other powerful natural ingredients. We do only purchase ingredients from suppliers that use environmentally friendly practices.
Can Pure White products be used during pregnancy?
The entire Pure White range is suitable to use during pregnancy. Pure White is a natural skin care range and we use a very small quantity of organic essential oils in our products to give them a very light but lovely fragrance. As the organic essential oils are in very small quantities, they are perfectly safe to use during this very special time.
Once I open a product how long can I use it for?
Each product’s shelf life can be found on its packaging in a symbol with the number of months indicated on the inside of an open jar.
How long will it take me to use one product?
It differs from person to person but it will take approximately 3 months for products part of a daily routine.
